Slack Connect Channel
Add your Slack account and we'll automatically create a shared Slack Connect channel with your client.
Approve new service requests
What would make the absolute most sense to me would be some possibility of the client requesting a service, then Queue giving me the option to approve it, and therefore automatically charge / send out the payment link.
Payment method: Wise (Transfer Wise) integration
Stripe and PayPal doesn't work here. I would love to see the Wise as a payment method option. Thank you.
Built-in SOP creator
Feature to create SOP flowcharts and ability to attach the created SOPs to tasks. SOPs are essential to any productized service so it makes sense to integrate it. (See Alvanda on appsumo for reference)
Taskform questions type
We need more options here. Especially visual ones (eg. choices with images, etc - also attached a screenshot below). The UI here is not really good. We can't set if the options are horizontal/vertical, and the questions type is pretty low. Here's the current look: Here's what we're looking for: For example, it would be really awesome if we could have all these question types:
Add custom fields to tasks and filter/sort/group/order tasks based on custom fields
Client Portal Analytics
Would like to see clients analytics such as last login, time spent, pages, etc.
Contract builder
Together with the proposal builder, that's in the pipeline here, please also add the possibility to collect their signature for the contract and ability to have templates with dynamic fields for names, dates, signatures, etc.
Is there any way of automating the due date based on their subscription?
Trigger for failed subscription payment
If a subscription fails to renew, set x amount of days until a trigger is sent through API and/or Webhook. That way we can automatically shut down plugins, websites or whatever we now charge for, if it's not paid for. If paid within x amount of days after trigger has been sent, send new trigger to re-activate plugins, websites or whatever, to give them some sort of slack if it's human error. I.e Client pays $20/month for video hosting, works for 5 months, month 6 payment fails, client gets notified from whatever notification mail flow we've setup. I've setup that after 10 days after final payment day, the video hosting is cancelled automatically (of course that requires the video hosting to be able to do something like that). If you're managing multiple clients this will help us keeping track of resources used so we don't pay for clients use with out own funds, etc etc. I think you grasp the idea now 😁

AI Proposal creator
We'll be a feature that lets you create contracts and proposals powered by AI to send to client on new projects.
Show currency based on country location
If australia, show AUD. If USA, show USD. If canada, show CAD. etc.
Assign task forms to specific clients
Need ability to make task forms visible only to specific clients. Requested by multiple workspace subscribers.
Limit Subscription Pausing
Hello! We plan to build in some sort of limitation to our subscription service where a user can only be paused for 8-12 months before it auto-restarts, reduces the days left in cycle, or does something that ultimately limits clients from pausing longer than X amount of time. We need to build in something that prevents someone from pausing their service indefinitely. Would love to hear how other agencies are handling this. Review Tool Buggy
A client of mine has notified me that they are having issues reviewing: Can leave comments in some areas but not others. Often able to type one word Must save and edit comments to enter more words. Sometimes doesn’t allow any text input at all. Has been happening since last week. This feature is a huge and vital part of my workflow. For now, I will go back to using Filestage until the review tool is more stable.
Add attachments to comments in review window
Sometimes, my clients like to share images and attach them to their comments while reviewing designs.
AI brief builder/
Our clients can spend 30 minutes to 1 hour on average filling out our request forms, which include long(ish) questionnaires for each type of deliverable we offer (i.e designs, branding, ad creatives, etc). On top of this, some clients have a hard time articulating their thoughts or provide very minimal details. This can lead to a lot of back and forth, abandoned/incomplete forms, or delays in project starts. I'd propose adding an "AI Assistant" to all client-facing task forms that helps them complete forms through a single prompt. How It Works: Client selects task form Client clicks button "Write with AI" at top of form Modal text box pops up: "" Client describes their needs naturally AI auto answers the form questions with detailed responses for them
Review status indicator from the file view
There is no way of knowing which file has been marked approved or needs revision from the file viewer. In the screen shot, one is marked approved, and another marked as needs revisions, but there is no indicator.
Unable to Move Task from one board to another
Hi Mas - I am able to move tasks from one board to another just fine. But one of my employees can’t seem to do it - she has nearly all the role access available. When she has the popup to select the client/board to move it to, she’s directed immediately to the task itself and not able to move the task.
Team Comment Bug for Clients?
Doing more testing. I’m logged in as a client account with all the client access available. I am unable to enter comments on the task for ‘everyone’. I can only enter comments for ‘team members’. Since the client account isn’t a ‘team member’ I can’t see my own comments. A Team member can switch comments back and forth between everyone and team only, but the client cannot. This doesn’t seem right, the client account should default to ‘everyone’

Automations
Similar to Clickup, when a task completes an action, we can move/update/comment/assign/etc to that task. It's like having a Zapier inside but only for Queue, not connected with other apps.
Timetracking based on task
Welcome email
Add a custom welcome email for new clients based on the service they have purchased.
Roles & Permissions for clients
“I think the permissions should also be allowed for clients also and not just team members. For instance many of my clients want their managers and such to be ale to access the tasks and everything around them MINUS seeing billing info or services.”
API
As a productized service provider, I would like to have access to an API in order to interact with Queue. The API should provide CRUD endpoints for: - Tasks — Comments — Files - Clients - Subscriptions. Here is a use case I would love to implement: I would like to build an AI agent that can interact with a client’s Queue based account on their behalf. It should provide either updates on their latest tasks, or give the user the ability to comment on the task, upload files etc. It should also give the customer the ability to manage their account. For this use case, I don’t think it would be feasible for you to create the agent, especially since additional training, data etc may be required. I think this will allow us your users to build advanced systems with Queue as the base. Thank you for the consideration
Client portal - Language
Ability to choose language change. In my case, Polish :)
Client Limits
If we can set client limits. In the task board that is visible to clients. My client should not be able to delete task within this board. They should be allowed to create and update but deleting removes my recorded hours.
Allow clients to change contact information, avatar, and email after payment.
Multiple onboarding flows
Can we build multiple onboarding flows in the same way as we can have multiple checkouts (productized services) that we sell?
Integrations
We'll be adding the following integrations at latest by end of Q2. - Zapier (under approval by Zapier team) - Pabbly - Maker - Paypal - Asana, Basecamp, ClickUp
