Productized services often work well within other agencies as an alternative to staffing. If you think about it a productized studio can be the perfect scaleable employee (offload as much work, pause them when you don’t need them and re-activate them with no additional onboarding and training).

Now for that analogy to work, that employee should be able to connect with you on a familiar platform. Imagine a multi million dollar agency with 100’s of employees. They won’t go for using an external PM tool because they have so many SOPs in place that prohibit that. Currently the only way to facilitate this is to have someone manually sync tasks over etc.

If this tool provides a means for us to live on their PM, this would change the industry forever and would definitely put Queue at the front of the line. And not just slack, but other tools as well. It’s tough to do but the first tool to do this I think will win the productized race.
