Feature to create SOP flowcharts and ability to attach the created SOPs to tasks. SOPs are essential to any productized service so it makes sense to integrate it. (See Alvanda on appsumo for reference)
Do you think they need to be per task? Or is it more of a general SOP that's universal to tasks the client will submit?

I think the granularity of the SOPs depends on the organization’s preference.
For example, instead of a huge SOP for building a website, I prefer something like this:
Initial Wordpress setup SOP
Setup Google Analytics SOP
Setup Google Search Console SOP
etc
Also I prefer it to be one SOP per task, but some people may prefer putting multiple SOPs into a single task.
A productized service can be thought of as a pre-set combination or sequence of several SOPs, or it might be just one big SOP, depending on the organization.
A custom order or project could be a custom combination of the SOPs and some custom instructions.

the app automatically suggests the relevant SOP when creating a task.
OR a user can also create a task by assigning an SOP (from a list of existing SOPs) (with timeframe info) to themselves or another user.
