this is needed, it ties into the entire workflow. i would have signed up months ago if you had this. jimmying in another system is not an answer, platforms like this have to capture the entire flow, or we are back to hopping between systems, my proposal should map to → agreement → if agreement signed → use ai to draft out the tasks, project plan, docs… check out what dart is doing. The propsoal should map then to milestones → complete → trigger invoice (milestone billing). If you have been in this business, having an integrated propsoal as an artifact that is ingrained in the flow, drastically helps with what happens every project, scope creep. It honestly does not need to be fancy, a few templates, integration, an api endpoint or automation hook, done.

Most CRM systems on the market do not have a system for generating quotes. Some have a system for producing quotes, others for handling documentation through external clouds. However, the fucktionality to produce a quotation in the consulting process, with a candle to look for ;)
That's why today I have 3 tools for building quotes in combination with a CRM system - No. 3 is the real gold ;)
1️⃣ Qwilr.
An insanely simple and transparent tool. You build offers as interesting web pages - that's ok, only the table of contents is missing. Personally, it hurts that there is no free version. Simple and working integrations with CRM
2️⃣ Better Proposals.
You build clear offers with a very useful table of contents on the left side. Quick, simple and effective. Note: PDF comes out average.... If you have HubSpot this integration is not ideal.
3️⃣ GetAccept.
In my opinion one of the best tools on the market. In addition to fast and good models for building an offer you also add chat and video! I admit that with the right design of this you can change the rules of the game in bidding.
