Bug or Functioning as designed? No longer able toggle on/off to hide services

In the list of services, there was a toggle to show/hide each service. This toggle is now gone. In advanced settings I guess we can hide it by identifying services as add-ons, but not sure if this is as designed or something happened.

      @Masud Hossain Can you clarify what selecting Disable means? I want it active, just not in the catalog for clients to see.
