All tasks listed for recording billing hours

When you go to record billing hours for a client it lists all tasks for the client, including archived ones. This list will eventually get really long and should not include archived tasks. It would also be nice to have an option to “Archive All” under a task column, specifically for the “Finished” column

    We can do one of two things first.
    1. Improve the labeling and what tasks we show on that modal.
    2. Right click on a task to add credits for it.

    I’m opting for #2 since it kinda faster, but i’m also weary of how many people will know that you can do this.
