New: read receipts on comments
Every task comment now shows a pair of check marks, the way messaging apps do. They stay gray until everyone involved in the task has seen the comment, then turn blue. Hover to see exactly who read it and when. Receipts are visible to the comment's author and your team; clients see the ticks only on their own comments. No more wondering whether a client actually saw your update before you follow up.

New: clear project notifications in one click

The red counter next to a project in the sidebar now clears when you click it, or from the project menu, and marks those notifications as read properly rather than just hiding them.

Improved: speed

Project boards, the dashboard, and the task view load noticeably faster, especially on busy boards. Live updates from teammates are now batched instead of reloading the whole board on every change, and a tab you are not looking at stays quiet until you come back. Opening a task from the dashboard no longer reloads everything behind it.

Improved: menus

Dropdown and right-click menus are more compact and consistent across the app.

Fixed: recurring tasks

Recurring tasks now create reliably on their schedule, and a new recurring task is active as soon as you create it. You can still pause it from the list.

Fixed: recurring invoices

Recurring invoices generate on schedule, get the next invoice number in your sequence, and are emailed to the client automatically. The on/off toggle on the recurring invoices page works again.

Fixed: reminders

Reminders now fire even if a scheduled delivery was lost, and editing a reminder no longer risks dropping it.

Client Onboarding Updates

We've made significant improvements to Client Onboarding. After extensive discussions and data analysis, we rebuilt the system to support Task Forms, allowing you to create custom forms for clients to fill out for onboarding. This is perfect for collecting brand assets or other essential information before starting client work.

Additionally, you can now require clients to complete a walkthrough before accessing their portal after checkout, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

To keep things on track, we've also introduced automated email reminders—if a client hasn't completed their onboarding checklist, they'll receive a follow-up email every two days.

2. 🔵 Inline-notifications - We’re experimenting with inline notifications to make it easier to know where your attention is needed. Currently supporting New Requests and Request Comments. We’ll be adding more once we double check there’s no performance issues.
