Video review lagging

Feature Request

Video review playbacks are extremely laggy. Had reported this happening in with my clients in India and Australia, but in US it was working fine.
For 2 weeks now, I have clients from US (Indianapolis & Virginia) reporting in the same video lagging experience, even on 1 GbPS internet connection.

Anyone else experiencing this?

    We’ve found the issue related to this bug. The reason is due to a high bitrate. Please lower your bitrate and this should resolve any lagging issues.

    How do I delete this post as this appeared under Feature request and not Bug? Have created another post to reflect under the bug.
