The ability to manually stop/pause a project (like the credit system does)

Feature Request
Use case: Charge a customer a monthly subscription fee for services. If they don't pay you can stop the project by not allowing access to update tasks. Just like when they are out of credits.

    This already exists. If a clients subscription is paused or cancelled, taskboard is disabled automatically.

    You can also use Credit Tracking to do this.
