Perhaps use something like this to implement the capability for us to book paid calls and have it integrated with our tasks for a particular client:

    Unfortunately a product like this sounds simple, but it’s really not because of timezones alone. And i don’t think we have the capacity to build a very good one either. So gonna move this to rejected 😅
