Zapier is the most expensive. I really think you should take a second look at this. I think this will help you gain more MRR clients. It is a good selling point. This or web hooks. Look I don't personally own pabbly but I would but it if it was available for use here so I could connect Queue and blue.cc together. We use blue as our project management tool and Queue as our customer portal. Zapier gets expensive we use it in the other company I own. But because of the cost I would not likely implement it here.
