No notifications on state change

Feature Request

I am not receiving dashboard or email notifications when a task is moved to another column, or when a state is changed within the task. Testing in client view, Chrome and Firefox (latest builds).

Also, “In progress” column stays “full” within the task view, even when it’s empty, so unable to change states.

    @Dan You will not get a notification if you are the one who moves it, comments on it, creates it, etc even if you are in client view.
