@Alton Peques I’m not sure if forcing onboarding before they can access their portal is the way, but I do think a lot of clients aren’t finishing their onboarding because we(Queue) isn’t doing a good job making it happen.
So monday we will be releasing an automated email reminder to get clients to finish it.
If we still see data that clients are not finishing it still, we’re going to give you guys the option to force it when they first sign up. A step by step onboarding (like the one you experienced with Queue).

@Alton Peques New update now has a Walkthrough option. When a client purchases a service, they’ll be shown the onboarding step-by-step before they access their portal.
