Email Notifications for pausing/unpausing subscriptions

Hello!

Currently, if an admin pauses or unpauses a subscription, the client is not notified. Likewise, if the client pauses/unpauses a subscription, an email notification should be sent.

    Hey there @Masud Hossain

    Thank you for the quick work on this! However, during testing, only the admin got the email notification. The client did not. (the admin paused the subscription, but the client should still get an email as well)

    Also, the hand image in the email is blurry 😬
