Downloading what a client uploads is a clunky process with lots of clicks. Is there a way to allow me to preview the download quickly from Queue app?

Agreed! Also, it would be nice to have a mini thumbnail preview (like how email attachments work) of the document so I can see the content and get an even quicker glance with no clicks.
