I'd love the option to share a read-only Kanban view with clients that shows where their project sits in our overall workload, without revealing any details about other clients' work.
How it would work
The view would use the standard Kanban board with the usual columns. The client's own cards would appear with full details. Every other card would be anonymized: the title, company name, and other identifying information would be replaced with a generic label like "Another Project." Each anonymized card would still show its priority level and its estimated duration in days, calculated from the card's start date and due date.
By default, cards would be sorted by priority, then by start date (using the existing start date sort option), with the deadline as a final tiebreaker.
Why it's useful
At a glance, clients could see exactly where their project falls in the queue for each stage of work. This gives agencies an easy way to be more transparent about turnaround times and helps set realistic expectations without extra back-and-forth.
Controls
Since not every agency will want to share this, the view should be optional and off by default. Ideally it could be enabled or disabled per client for maximum flexibility.
