Ability to pay contractors/freelancers in our team on per project completed basis

Feature Request

Implement a payment system for freelancers that allows for fixed payments, percentage-based payments, or a combination of both for each completed task or project. Also, add an automation trigger for this so that it doesn’t have to be done manually.
